Credit Card Policies

Online orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box. AOG orders will require a Model and Serial number. We do not ship Hazardous Materials internationally.
Because shipping charges are dependent upon the method of shipping and based on the size and weight of your order, we are unable to give you exact shipping cost prior to packing your order. Shipping costs will be added to your order when it ships and a completed invoice will be emailed to you showing the breakdown.
Please note that you may incur additional handling charges based on the products you ordered or the method of shipping.
Additional shipping charges will apply for “Hazardous Material.” The handling charges can vary among the different freight carriers.
Orders placed after hours will be processed the next business day.
Core Return Requirements
Cores must be returned with a completed service data tag documented by a licensed mechanic or authorized repair station. If you need a tag to complete, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cores should be carefully repackaged to preclude shipping damage, and the original packing material/methods supplied should be reused when possible. Cores must be returned to Hill Aircraft within 25 days for US domestic orders or 40 days for international orders, calculated from the date of shipment.
Hill Aircraft reserves the right to reject and return cores at customer expense and not issue core credit or reduced core credit for cores that are BER (Beyond Economic Repair), have incomplete data tags, have been disassembled, are not like for like part number or if the core returned exceeds normal run out condition and is going to incur charges over and above the standard overhaul. Hill Aircraft will provide bill back notification to the customer within 60 days from receipt of the core if any over and above charges or core unacceptability should be identified. Failure to comply with the these requirements may delay, reduce or forfeit core credit issuance.
No Returns after 30 days, contact Parts department for Return Authorization prior to sending part back. No returns on parts under $75.00 ordered in error, FAA Form 8130-3 must be submitted with returned part to receive credit. Credits are processed after approval by vendor and/or supplier. All returned parts are subject to handling charges of 20% of the invoiced price of the item ($50.00 minimum/$500.00 maximum). Any required recertification prior to restocking and/or items which must be added to part will be charged to the customer. Returns must be properly cased, plugged or capped as appropriate and be suitably protected for shipment with packing, shock mounts, shipping flanges or other protective measures so that they arrive at Hill Aircraft in good condition. Improper packing may be cause for rejection of credit. All rotable returns must have all original supplier paperwork. Statically sealed items must be returned unopened.
The parts must not have been installed in an aircraft or damaged, and in the opinion of Hill Aircraft must be in the same condition as when they were sold by Hill Aircraft.
Shipping for returned items paid for by customer. The product vender provides warranty and Hill Aircraft acts to assist the user in receiving the benefit of said warranty.
Items that are listed as backorder are current parts that are not in stock. These items can be added to your order. Once the order is received, we will notify you of the estimated delivery time for these items and you can decide if you want to receive or cancel those parts from your order. Your form of payment will not be charged until you accept the delivery timeframe on the part. If, after acceptance of the timeframe, you cancel the backordered part and it can not be cancelled at Cessna, there will be a charge equal to 50% of the invoiced price for the cancelled backordered parts as a cancellation fee. If Cessna will allow us to cancel the backordered parts, there will be no cancellation fee.
